Triumph Motorcycles - Great Bike, Fantastic Dealer

I bought a Brand new 2011 Storm. I live in Canada so we only get 4-5 months per year to ride. However i have 58561 miles on my storm, Trouble Free. My only complaint is that i had to change front wheel bearings at 40k, i had higher expectations. My dealer is in Fargo North Dakota. He knows how to adjust the belt so it won't chirp, very important to longevity. I have owned: Honda, Harley, & Yamaha. This storm out rides and performs most bikes in... Read more

Hi all slightly different thread here as I work for a London based construction firm so I commute from Kent a journey of approximately 50-65miles each way depending on what sites I visit as in a senior site manager my firm offered a sum of money and free reign of what motorcycle I wanted,so a 2011 triumph tiger 800 xc was purchased ,full service history and less than 6k all was fine for a few months then the cam bearing for the clutch gave out... I purchased a new 2012 Thunderbird abs in 2013. During the first year, the belt began to make a "chirp" noise that can be heard at highway speeds while wearing a helmet. I have taken it back to the dealer several times and the only thing they do is readjust it. Three years and 7500 miles later, the belt still makes that annoying sound and adjusting the belt only quiets it for a few hundred miles. My dealer and Triumph customer service only... Read more

I am 61 years old. I am a retired bail agent, private investigator, bodyguard, and process server. I have a lot of former experience with the modification and drag racing of cars but not much with the modern electronics. I have been riding the venerable Gen 1 Yamaha V-Max, which is a lot like an interceptor aircraft in that it requires 4 hours of maintenance for every 1 hour on the road. I got tired of this and decided to buy a new bike and... Read more

I purchased a New Rocket III, my 2 year warrant was up 3 months ago and a bearing between the engine and transmission went out. It just hit 8,000 miles. I live were we have snow for 5 months a year in Northern Michigan. The mechanic at the Dealership said it was a factory defect, that part should be good for 100,000 miles and when I called Triumph USA in GA; The Service person there said it must have been a defective part, but they will not... I purchased a Triumph Daytona in SAO PAULO from there only dealer they work with. I paid in cash and the dealer financed my bike kept the cash and closed their doors. My issue is I lost my bike and my money and Triumph DO NO WANT TO PROVIDE ANY HELP OR SUPPORT. For a Brit that has been faithfull to the brand for 15 years I am very upset with client care and will never buy another product again. I suggest others look for better companies that... Read more
